Terms of Service
Last updated: April 5, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Peers platform operated by Atomic 47 Labs Inc. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Peers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address for authentication. You agree not to share your API tokens or session credentials with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Group Membership
Group leaders manage membership and set group rules. By joining a group, you agree to participate respectfully and abide by the group's guidelines. Session transcripts shared with the group may be processed into the group's knowledge graph and made available to all group members.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content; attempt to access other groups' data or bypass security controls; use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others; reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the API or MCP server; or interfere with the platform's operation or infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you contribute (session transcripts, discussion notes). By uploading content, you grant AI Peers a license to process, store, and display it within the platform for your group's use. The AI Peers platform, its design, code, and branding are the property of Atomic 47 Labs Inc.
6. AI Processing
Session transcripts are processed using AI services (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to extract entities, relationships, and embeddings. This processing is performed solely to power your group's knowledge graph and search features. We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI Peers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Group data you contributed may remain in the group's knowledge graph unless the group leader requests its removal.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
