Account Information

Email address and display name provided during sign-up. We use passwordless magic link authentication, so we do not collect or store passwords.

Group and Session Data

Session transcripts, knowledge graph data, and group membership information. All group data is isolated using row-level security — members of one group cannot access another group's data.

Payment Information

Billing details are processed directly by Stripe. We store only your subscription status and Stripe customer ID — never your credit card number.

Usage Data

Basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the platform. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Supabase

Database hosting, authentication, and row-level security for data isolation.

Stripe

Payment processing for subscriptions. We do not store credit card details directly.

Resend

Transactional email delivery (magic links, notifications, group invitations).

OpenAI

Embedding generation for semantic search within your group's knowledge graph.

Anthropic (Claude)

AI-powered extraction of entities and relationships from session transcripts.

Google Drive

Optional integration for importing session transcripts from shared folders.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your session cookie is HTTP-only and secure.

Your Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you

Request deletion of your account and associated data

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
